Gilded Streets™ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, resell, exploit, or misrepresent any part of our website, products, or intellectual property.

2. On-Demand Product Production

All items sold by Gilded Streets™ are made-to-order once a purchase is completed.
Production begins shortly after an order is submitted. Because of this:

  • Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once production has started

  • Returns are limited to defective or incorrect items

  • Processing and shipping times may vary based on order volume and logistics

These terms reflect industry standards for custom, print-on-demand production.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy in all listings; however, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen/monitor color differences

  • Manufacturing tolerances

  • Print placement variations

  • Material and dye differences

Gilded Streets™ is not responsible for minor variations in appearance that are consistent with made-to-order apparel.

4. Pricing and Billing

Prices are subject to change at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse any order if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Billing information cannot be verified

  • Shipping information is incomplete or invalid

If we modify or cancel an order, you will be contacted using the email or phone number provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines may vary. Standard guidelines:

  • Production: 2–5 business days

  • U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International shipping: 7–21 business days

You acknowledge that:

  • Delivery delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or customs

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address

  • Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier

Gilded Streets™ is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Approved issues will result in a replacement at no cost. Refunds may be issued if a replacement is not possible.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Wrong size or style ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Items washed or worn

  • Minor variations in color or print

  • Delivery delays outside our control

These conditions reflect standard policies for custom-produced apparel.

7. User Submissions and Content

If you submit reviews, images, or comments to our site or social media:

  • You grant Gilded Streets™ the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the content

  • The content must not violate any laws, contain harmful material, or infringe on any third-party rights
