Return & Refund Policy - Gilded Streets™

At Gilded Streets™, every product is crafted specifically for each order. Because all items are made on demand, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality standards.


Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

You must provide clear photos of the issue for evaluation.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size, wrong color, or change-of-mind purchases

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items damaged through improper care or handling

  • Differences in color, print placement, or slight variations due to digital viewing or production processes

  • Sale items, promotional items, or customized products

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered

These conditions reflect the nature of made-to-order production.


Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email support@gildedstreets.com within 7 days

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost.
Refunds may be offered if a replacement is not feasible.


Refunds (If Approved)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end

  • Orders cannot be refunded once production has begun


Order Cancellations

Because items begin production shortly after ordering, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of purchase.

After that, the order is locked into the production process and cannot be changed or cancelled.


Shipping Issues

If the tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Verify your shipping address

  • Contact the local carrier

If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us and we will assist case-by-case.
Replacements are not guaranteed for misdelivered or stolen packages.
