Terms of Service – Gilded Streets™

Welcome to Gilded Streets™. By accessing or making a purchase from gildedstreets.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

1. General Conditions

Gilded Streets™ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, copy, resell, exploit, or misrepresent any part of our website, products, or intellectual property.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any service without notice.

2. On-Demand Product Production

All items sold by Gilded Streets™ are made-to-order once a purchase is completed. Production begins shortly after an order is submitted. Because of this:

  • Orders are final once submitted and cannot be altered or cancelled, except as set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy
  • Returns and exchanges follow our Returns & Exchanges policy
  • Processing and shipping times may vary based on order volume and logistics

These terms reflect industry standards for custom, print-on-demand production.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy in all listings; however, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen/monitor color differences
  • Manufacturing tolerances
  • Print placement variations
  • Material and dye differences

Gilded Streets™ is not responsible for minor variations in appearance that are consistent with made-to-order apparel.

4. Pricing and Billing

Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Billing information cannot be verified
  • Shipping information is incomplete or invalid

If we modify or cancel an order, you will be contacted using the email or phone number provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines may vary. Standard guidelines:

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International shipping: 7–21 business days

You acknowledge that:

  • Delivery delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or customs
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
  • Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier

Gilded Streets™ is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed in full by our Returns & Exchanges page. In summary, for orders placed on or after 1 October 2026:

  • All orders are final once submitted. If an order has not shipped within 14 days, you may request a cancellation.
  • Eligible pieces can be exchanged for online store credit only. Request the exchange within 2 days of receiving your shipment; we must receive the piece within 7 days of authorising it. You pay return shipping.

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • T-shirts, including long-sleeve tees
  • Tank tops
  • Gilded Performance pieces: sports bras, leggings and performance shorts
  • Hats, bags, accessories and footwear
  • Sale items
  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Wash and dye variation between pieces. See our Materials page for why this occurs on washed pieces

To request an exchange, contact us with your order number. Gilded Streets™ is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

7. User Submissions and Content

If you submit reviews, images, or comments to our site or social media:

  • You grant Gilded Streets™ the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the content
  • The content must not violate any laws, contain harmful material, or infringe on any third-party rights

We may remove content we deem inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, and written content on this website are the exclusive property of Gilded Streets™. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Distributing malware
  • Fraudulent behavior
  • Interfering with website functionality
  • Collecting personal data for misuse

Any violation may result in termination of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gilded Streets™ is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Losses due to shipping delays or carrier errors
  • Customer misuse or improper care of products
  • Technical issues beyond our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

11. Third-Party Services

  • Shipping
  • Analytics
  • Customer communication

These providers follow their own terms and policies. By purchasing from us, you consent to the handling of your order through these services.

12. Governing Law
