At Gilded Streets™, every item is produced on demand to maintain premium quality standards and reduce overproduction. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.


1. Processing Time

All products are made to order.
Standard production time is:

2–5 business days

(Production may extend during holidays or high-volume periods.)

Once your item is produced, it ships immediately.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after production:

United States:

3–7 business days

International:

7–21 business days
Delivery time varies by country, customs, and carrier processing.

Note: These are estimates, not guarantees.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, carrier rates, and order weight.

Promotional free-shipping events may apply.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (depending on what you entered at checkout).

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after leaving the facility.


5. Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Weather or customs-related delays

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not located at your residence

If a package is shown as delivered but you cannot find it:

  1. Check nearby areas and neighbors

  2. Confirm address accuracy

  3. Contact the carrier

  4. If unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist on a case-by-case basis


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a carrier confirms delivery but the package is missing, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
We will do our best to help resolve the issue, but final responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.


7. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue
    We will replace the item at no cost if the issue is verified.


8. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may arrive separately.
You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.


9. International Customs & Fees

Some countries may apply import taxes, duties, or customs fees.
These are the responsibility of the buyer and not covered by Gilded Streets™.
