Made to order is the whole argument. Nothing is produced before it is bought, so there is no unsold inventory, no seasonal liquidation and no markdown cycle to feed. The waste problem in this industry starts with overproduction, and the simplest way to avoid it is not to overproduce.

The second part is weight. A 530gsm cotton hoodie is not a seasonal item. Fabric that heavy, garment-dyed rather than surface-printed, is built to be worn for years instead of replaced in months. We would rather sell one piece that lasts than four that do not.

That is the honest extent of it. We do not hold fibre certifications today, and we are not going to imply otherwise.
